摘要
在"工程化"教育理念指导下,高等工程教育将通过加强课程体系和教学科研改革来实现培养创新性高级应用型人才。教学和科研是高校的两大主要职能,两者相辅相成。在高校教育中,科研通过促进理论与实践教学、促进人才培养、提高师资队伍素质和促进学科专业的建设等方面促进高校教学。科研促教,为培养高素质的工程化人才奠定基础。
In Engineering Educational philosophy, higher engineering education strengthened the reform of the course system and teaching and scientific research to cultivate innovative advanced applied talents. Teaching and the scientific re- search were the two big main functions of the university, the two complement each other. In university education, scientif- ic research through the promotion of theory and practice teaching, and the improvement of talent training, improving the quality of teachers and promoting the construction of specialized subject, college teaching was promated. Scientific re- search to promote teaching and train the high quality engineering talents laid the foundation.
