摘要
目前采用的屏蔽暂堵技术适合于孔喉贡献率呈单峰状分布的储层。在对川东安岳地区须家河储层敏感性分析的基础上,通过对储层孔喉渗透率贡献率呈多峰状分布的分析,提出多级架桥暂堵技术,形成以两级架桥粒子为主的安岳地区须家河储层保护技术方案。经三口井的现场试验,多级架桥暂堵材料对原井浆性能影响小,所设计的多级架桥暂堵钻井完井液室内岩心渗透率恢复值达85%以上,具有较好的储层保护效果。
Shielding and temporary plugging technology used currently is more suited for the reservoir,of which the pore throat contribution rate is unimodal distribution.Based on sensitivity analysis,the results showed that pore throat contribution rate of Xujiahe reservoir in Anyue area was multimodal distribution.Therefore,two different particles size for temporary plugging technology was formed for the reservoir protection.On-site application in three wells indicated that different particles size temporary plugging material has little impact on the performance of drilling fluid.Percent ratio of core permeability recovery indoor for drilling and completion fluid with different particles size temporary plugging material was over 85%,which showed that the temporary plugging technology has good result.
