低温胁迫下角果木幼苗的生理响应 被引量:4

摘要 以红树植物角果木(Cerops tagal)幼苗为材料,研究5℃低温胁迫对其叶片超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)和H2O2含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性以及可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)含量等的影响。结果表明:随着胁迫时间的延长,O2-.含量、CAT活性均表现出先升后降再升的趋势;SOD活性、POD活性、H2O2含量、MDA含量、可溶性蛋白含量呈现出先升后降的变化趋势;脯氨酸含量呈现波浪式上升的趋势。综合多个抗寒生理指标的变化,表明角果木幼苗在5℃低温环境中,能通过自身的抗寒体系进行自我修复,基本维持正常生长。 The effects of low temperature stress at 5℃ on seedlings of mangrove Cerops tagal was conducted in this paper.The changes of cold resistant physiological index such as the content of superoxide anion free group(O2-·),the content of H2O2,superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) activity,the content of soluble protein,proline and malondialdehyde(MDA) were measured.The results showed that as low temperature stress intensified and time prolonged,the content of O2-· and the activity of CAT first increased then decreased,and increased at last;the activity of SOD,POD and the content of H2O2,MDA,soluble protein increased at first,then decreased;the content of proline increased wave upon wave.The changes of cold resistant physiological index showed that Cerops tagal seedling could repair itself by its own cold resistant system to maintain normal growth at 5℃ low temperature environment.
