摘要
为了找到一种最佳的育苗基质配比,以云烟85为材料,用河沙、煤渣和锯木灰为原料进行复配,与以草炭为主要材料的常规育苗基质作对照,研究其对烤烟烟苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:T2(河沙∶锯木灰∶煤渣按5∶3∶2比例配制)的出苗时间、出苗率、成苗率、烟苗长势、整齐度、株高、茎高、茎围、茎鲜重、根鲜重、叶面积、叶色、叶绿素含量和根系活力等生物学性状表现良好,与对照差异不显著。T3(河沙∶锯木灰∶煤渣按1∶2∶7比例配制)与常规基质差异极显著。整体而言,T2烟苗素质好,可以作为漂浮育苗的替代基质。
In order to find an optimal proportion of medium,the effects of medium matching on tobacco growth and development were studied with Yunyan 85 as material,river sand,sawn wood ash and coal cinder were taken as raw material for mixed,and with conventional medium as CK.The results showed that T2 treatment(river sand,saw wood ash,coal cinder according to 5∶3∶2 proportion) had good displays in emergence time,emergence rate,seedling rate,growing,uniformity,plant height,stem height,stem circumference,stem fresh weight,root fresh weight,leaf area,leaf colour,chlorophyll content,root activity and other biological characteristics of,there was no significant difference with CK.The difference between T3 treatment(river sand,saw wood ash,coal cinder according to 1∶2∶7 proportion) and conventional medium was extremely significant.Overall,the seedling quality of T2 treatment was good,it could be used as a substitute medium in the floating system.
