海南和牛养殖示范推广及产业化研究

Breeding demonstrative promotion and industrialization research of Hainan wagyu

海南高档优质肉牛养殖还处于初级发展阶段。近年来,海南省畜牧技术推广站在政府的大力支持下,利用已引进和培育的纯种和牛,通过人工授精和胚胎移植等技术改良本地黄牛,生产肉质呈大理石状分布、风味独特的海南和牛,进行示范推广、规模养殖和产业化运作。目前就工作开展取得的成果和一些探索性研究进行总结分析,以期为今后的行业工作及优质肉牛产业的发展带来新的启示。

Hainan feeding of quality beaf cattle is still at primary stage.In recent years,Hainan station of livestock technique extension used introduction and cultivation of purebred wagyu with the support of the government.Through artificial insemination and embryo transfer in order to product special flavor and marbling of hainan wagyu,and practiced demonstration and extension﹑scale breeding and industrialized operation.In this paper we summarize and analyze some results and exploring basic research,and advances some opinions,we hope that bring new enlightenment for development of quality beef cattle industry.
