芽孢杆菌对草鱼消化酶活性及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 探讨芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)对质量为30.68(±2.34)g的草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)肠道消化酶活性、血清生化指标的影响。试验随机分为5组,分别饲喂添加0、0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0 g/kg益生菌(109CFU/g)的饲料养殖4周,在14 d和28 d时取样。结果显示,试验组草鱼肠道蛋白酶活性显著大于对照组,各试验组之间差异不显著;而对淀粉酶、脂肪酶和纤维素酶活性影响不大。试验组草鱼血清酚氧化酶(PO)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性显著大于对照组;溶菌(UL)活力在14 d时提高不显著,在28 d时活力显著提高;试验组草鱼总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、过氧化物酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等抗氧化指标显著大于对照组,除个别组外,各试验组之间差异不显著。结果表明芽孢杆菌可以提高草鱼机体消化酶活性、改善理化指标和提高抗氧化能力,增强机体免疫机能。 The effects of Bacillus subtilis on activities of intestinal digestive enzymes,serum biochemical indices of Ctenopharyngodon idellus(30.68(±2.34)g)were tested in this study.The C.idellus were assigned randomly for 5 groups which were fed for 4 weeks with feedstuff added with B.subtilis at contents of 0,0.5,1.0,2.0 and 4.0 g/kg,respectively.Fish were sampled at the 14th day and 28th day for determinating the intestinal digestive enzymes activities and serum biochemical indices.The results showed that activities of protease in trial groups were significant higher than the control group,no significant differences were found among the trial groups.And no significant effects of B.subtilis on amylase,lipase and cellulase were found.Activities of PO,AKP and ACP of the trial groups were significant higher than the control group.Compared with control group,the UL activities of trial groups did not increase obviously within 14th days,but increased significantly till 28th days.Significant differences of activities of T-AOC,CAT and SOD were found between the trial groups and the control group.Except for a few groups,there were no significant differences among all the trial groups.The results indicated that B.subtilis may enhance the activities of the digestive enzymes,improve biochemical indices and strengthen immune function of C.idellus.
