UV、H_2O_2、UV/H_2O_2法对水体中萘普生降解效果的研究 被引量:2

摘要 萘普生为水体中普遍存在的新型非甾体药物,属于典型PPCPs污染物。采用UV、H2O2、UV/H2O2为处理方法,HPLC为检测方法,研究低浓度萘普生废水的降解效果。结果发现,pH值对萘普生光解效果有直接影响,最佳pH值为4;在最佳pH值条件下,UV/H2O2协同系统对萘普生降解效果最为明显,120 W汞灯为光源照射50 min时,降解效果达到99%;UV法对萘普生降解有一定效果,300 W汞灯为光源照射40 min时,降解效果达到97.6%;H2O2对于萘普生的降解效果并无影响。 A synthetic non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug naproxen was one of the typical Pharmaceutical and Personal Care Products(PPCPs) that had been detected in natural and engineered aquatic environment.This paper studied the treatment of low naproxen(NPX) contained wastewater with the method UV,H2O2,UV/H2O2.The concentrations of NPX solutions was determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography system.The results demonstrated that pH had a direct influence on the photodegradation of NPX and the optimum conditions as pH was 4.The results showed that NPX was more effectively degraded by UV/H2O2 system,more than 99% of the NPX was degraded in 50 min with 125 W mercury lamp,while the degradation rate of 97.6% after 40 min by UV illumination(300 W mercury lamp) under the optimum condition of pH,and H2O2 method had no effect on the degradation of NPX.
