基于配置效应、兼业效应和投资效应的兼业农户土地利用行为分析——以湖北省为例

Analyze on diversification farmer's land use behavior based on allocation,diversification and investment effects——Take the case of Hubei province

中国在由传统经济向现代化经济转型的过程中,农户兼业现象随之出现并逐渐深化,在未来相当长的一段时间内将继续保持下去。因此,农户兼业这一普遍的经济形态必定对农村的资源配置产生影响;以兼业农户的土地利用行为为切入点,在农户的微观层面上,理论分析了兼业所引发的配置效应、兼业效应以及投资效应,并用实证方法对之进行了检验。结果表明:土地流转的配置效应和农业劳动力减少的兼业效应大体上得到验证,但是兼业所增加的收入并未能提高兼业农户的农业生产性投资,即投资效应不明显;进一步的研究发现,兼业收入也没有用于建房。最后,预期了兼业收入的可能投向并提出了针对性的应对措施。

In the process of traditional economy transforming into modern economy in china,farmer＇s diversification phenomena has arisen and developed,and will continue a long time in the future.Accordingly,the general economic style of farmer＇s diversification will effect on the rural source allocation.The diversification farmer＇s land use behavior as breakthrough point,the allocation,diversification and investment effects introduced by diversification are theoretic analyzed in the peasant household dimension,and are empiristic tested.It concluded that the allocation effect of land transfer and diversification effect of agricultural labor decreasing are mostly proved,but the investment effect of diversification income which will improve agricultural production capital is not significant.Deepen research found that diversification income was not used to house building.Lastly,the maybe investing direction of diversification income is expected,and the pertinent countermeasure is put forward.
