农民专业合作社融资的制度安排——卢卡斯悖论视角的系统动力学分析

Institutional arrangements of farmer professional cooperatives financing——System dynamics analysis of Lucas Paradox Perspective

农民专业合作社资金缺乏和融资困难具有普遍性,极大地制约着合作社的发展和壮大,现有研究主要停留在增加资金来源、制定优惠政策两个方面。只有在解决农村人力资本和制度质量存在的问题后,形成资金洼地效应才能吸引更多的社会资本,农民专业合作社才能从根本上解决融资难题。从卢卡斯悖论出发,运用系统动力学方法分析农民专业合作社融资机理,为破解融资难题的合作社正式和非正式制度安排提供了新的视角。

Fund Lack and financing difficulty is universal in farmer professional cooperatives,and greatly restricts the development and growth of cooperatives,the existing researches stay in two aspects of increasing source of funding and formulating preferential policy.Only solving the problems of the rural human capital and institutional quality,formation of depression effect of funds in order to attract more social capital,farmer professional cooperatives can fundamentally solve the financing problem.Starting from the Lucas paradox,applying system dynamics method to analyze farmer professional cooperatives financing mechanism,provides a new perspective for the arrangement of formal and informal institution to crack the financing problems of the cooperatives.
