摘要
信息资源产业在国民经济中具有重要的战略地位,信息资源产业政策的研究将有助于为相关政策的制定和优化提供可资借鉴的理论依据。本文论述了我国信息资源产业政策现状,对现有信息资源产业政策的相关理论进行了回顾,提出了信息资源产业政策研究的理论价值和实践价值,并对未来研究方向进行了探讨。
Information resource industry （IRI） has a strategic importance in the national economy, and the study of IRI policy will contribute to optimize the policy management. This paper analyzes the condition of Chinese IRI policy, and reviews the studies on IRI policy. Basing on the analysis of the theoretical and practical value of the study on IRI policy, this paper discusses the future trends of the IRI policy study.
