摘要
好老师的标准有两个:一是学科本位的价值提升,二是教育教学的含量丰盈。这两点需要教师来帮助学生完成。要做到这两点,教师就要在课堂行走、与学生真情交流、反思"关键事件"、寻找学生优点等四项上练就基本功。
The standard for a good teacher consists two aspects： the value promotion of the discipline and the enriching of education quality. The above two aspects should be completed by students with the help of the teacher. To realize this, the teacher should train four basic skills.
