摘要
新酒必须经过一段时间的贮存,才能使酒体绵柔醇和、陈香馥郁,而采取不同的储酒容器、贮存时间和贮存环境会达到不同的贮存效果。其中,陶质容器贮存效果和温、湿度适宜的地下贮存方式最好;利用互相结合的储酒方式和适宜的人工老熟方法可缩短贮存时间,实现老熟目的;定期复评、复检成品白酒是保证出库产品质量的重要环节。
Newly-produced liquor must be stored for a period of time so that liquor body turns to be soft with mellow aroma. The use of different liquor containers, different storage time, and different storage environment will achieve different storing effects. Wherein, pottery container is recommended and appropriate temperature and humidity and underground storage could achieve the best effects. Combined liquor storage mode and suitable artificial aging method could shorten storage time and realize liquor aging in advance. Besides, periodic re-evaluation and re-examination of product liquor after the storage is the effective measure to ensure the aualitv ofnroduct liouor.
