近年来,随着人口生育率下降的影响,高校的生源总量也随之连年下滑,但高校数量和招生规模却逐年递增,作为办学层次相对较低的高职院校面临着日益严重的生源规模和生源质量下降的影响,高职院校应直面竞争,针对不同层次、不同渠道的生源,在招生、培养和考核、就业方面深入改革,以生源危机为契机,加强自身内涵建设,走出一条特色的高职院校发展之路。

In recent years,affected by the decline of the fertility rate,the number of college student source is declining,but university number and the recruitment of students scale is increasing year by year.As the level of higher vocational education is relatively low,it is facing a serious decline of student source and quality,so higher vocational college should face the competition,strengthen its own connotation construction,and explore a characteristic development road of higher vocational college.
