高职院校学生自我教育能力的培养途径探索

An Inquiry into the Cultivation Approach of Students' Self-education Ability in Higher Vocational College

教育的最终目的是为了实现学生的自我教育。高职学生作为一个特殊群体,在心理和行为上有其普遍存在的自身特点,从分析高职学生主要特征入手,着眼于高职学生全面发展的现实需要,提出从构建校园文化、注重心理健康、构建网络平台、开展社会实践等四个方面,提出全面提升高职学生自我教育能力的培养途径,最终达到内化教育的最佳效果。

The ultimate goal of education is to realize students＇ self-education.As a special group,the psychological and behavioral characteristics are special.From analyzing the main characteristics of higher vocational students and the real needs of higher vocational students＇ comprehensive development,this paper proposes the cultivation approach of improving higher vocational students＇ self-education ability,so as to reach the best effect of internalized education.
