摘要
对空中来袭目标进行威胁排序是防空作战的主要依据。由于影响空中来袭目标威胁度的因素很多,而且防空任务非常紧迫,为了提高评估效果的实时性,文中以单舰防空为例,选取了几个主要参数来描述来袭目标的威胁度。为了消除不同物理量纲对评估结果的影响,采用效益型函数和成本型函数对各威胁指标因素进行规范化处理,用相邻比较法来确定指标权重,并结合实例进行分析,得到的结果与专家群体评议后的结果完全一致。
Threat sort order of the air-raid targets is the main basis of aerial defence operations. Because there are many influencing factors of the air-raid targets threat degrees and aerial defense task is pressing, the thesis takes single-warship aerial defence for example in order to improve the effects of real-time evaluation, selecting a few main parameters to describe threat degrees of the targets. In order to eliminatethe influence of the different physical dimensions on the evaluation result, by means of the efficiency function and cost function the threat index factors are standardized treatment, determining the index weight in the adjacent comparison method, combined with the exampIe analysis, showing the obtained result in accord with the result of the evaluation of the expert group.
