摘要
为实现行车两侧较高精度同步进给,提出了一种以可编程序控制器和变频器完成交流驱动的运动控制方式,可以对行车行走实现更加复杂、有效、高质量的控制。同时,该控制方式也适用于各种自动化运动控制设备,特别是对控制的复杂性、控制精度和动态响应都有很高要求的场合,应用前景十分广泛。
In order to realize a high accuracy on synchronous feeding of the traffic on both sides, a motion control method which use PLC and inverter to achieve AC drive is presented. It can achieve a more complex and effective quality control for driving. Meanwhile, the control method is suitable for a variety of automated motion control devices,especially in the situation of high requirement of the complexity of the control, control accuracy and dynamic response. So it has very extensive applied foreground.
