MicroRNA:肾脏纤维化治疗的新靶点 被引量:5

摘要 肾脏纤维化是慢性肾脏病的共同特点,并最终导致肾脏功能的持续进行性下降.虽其机制研究已获得一些进展,但治疗手段仍有限.MicroRNA(miRNA)是一个后转录调节基因,参与人类基因组中约30%的基因调控[1],在细胞分化、增殖、凋亡、代谢等方面起重要的调节作用.近来的研究发现miRNA在肾脏纤维化机制方面中起了重要作用,可能成为肾脏纤维化治疗的新靶点.本文将最新miRNA与肾脏纤维化相关研究做一概述.
