基层医院住院患者对护理行为关怀性评价的调查与分析

Survey and analysis on caring eveluation of nursing behavior from inpatients in primary hospitals

目的了解住院患者对护理行为关怀性评价。方法自行设计护理行为关怀性评价调查表,对205例住院患者进行调查。结果患者对7类护理行为关怀性评价平均分均>4分。结论基层医院住院患者认为专业能力类的护理行为最具有关怀性,护理人员应结合患者的个体特殊性,提供能满足患者需求的护理模式。

Objective To study the caring eveluation of nursing behavior from inpatients. Method Investigate 205 inpatients by self--designed questionnaire on caring eveluation of nursing behavior. Result The average scores of 7 kinds of nursing behavior caring evaluation are all higher than 4. Cnclusion Inpatients from primary hospitals give the highest score for nursing behavior among professional ability. Nurses should provide them with suitable nursing mode which is combined with their individual particularity.
