摘要
采用简单的溶剂热法合成了超长的一维ZnO纳米线。应用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和荧光光谱(PL)对所得材料的结构和光学性质进行表征分析;并对其生长机理进行了探讨。
The extremely long one-dimensional ZnO nanowires were successfully synthesized by simple solvothermal process. The XRD,SEM,TEM and PL were used to characterize the structure and optical properties of the as-obtained samples. Besides, the mechanism of crystallization was also discussed.
