摘要
介绍了激光熔覆涂层主要存在的结构缺陷,包括熔覆层稀释过度及形状失真、熔覆层与基体结合不牢、熔覆层存在气孔和微裂纹。着重从结晶学原理方面分析了各种缺陷的产生原因,并提出了相应的解决办法,为今后阻止激光熔覆涂层缺陷的产生指明了方向。
The main structure defects of laser cladding coatings were introduced, including enormously diluted, shape distortion, the poor adhesive strength between coating layers, stomas and micro-cracks in the coatings. Empha-sized on the analysis of the reasons for various defects from the facet of crystallography, and the relevant methods to re-duce defects were put forward. This prevents the defects of laser cladding coatings for us point to clear direction.
