Information consulting industry is a new developing industry in China.The speed of development on information consulting industry has profound significance on modernization construction in China.This article begins with the analysis of the characteristics of modern information consulting industry,followed by the investigation of the present condition of information consulting service industry in China.The tactics which should be used to develop modern information consulting industry in China are discussed in the end.
