Reform Titles Evaluation to Promote the Construction of University Faculty

高校教师职称制度的实施一带来了一些新的问题。这些问题的存在和发展,对高等教育改革的深化造成了一些负面的影响。职称制度实施中产生的新问题只能以职称改革的不断深化来解决。文章就高校教师职称制度中存在的问题提出了对策分析与措施,试图理清职改和队伍建设之间的关系,为今后高校的管理工作提供政策思路和制度制定依据。

From the perspective of title evaluation reform, this paper examines the construction of university faculty. Since the effectiveness of the system and its reform of university teachers＂ professional tides greatly affect the faculty building, it is likely to offer ideas of relevant policies and institutional basis for the future management of the universities by making clear the relationship between the title reform and faculty building.
