阐述了连续离子交换技术的工作原理、特点及其在功能糖生产实践中的应用情况,并与传统的间歇式离子交换技术进行了比较。
Described the principle and characteristics of continuous ion exchange technology, and the appliance of continuous ion exchange in oligosaccharide production and by experiment contrast advance between the intermittent static bed and continuous ionic exchange bed.
