Strategy and Countermeasures of Anhui Energy Development

本文从加快安徽经济发展的角度,立足安徽煤炭资源储量、分布、产量及消费情况,论述了加快煤电发展对促进安徽地域经济平衡发展,特别是皖北地区经济发展的积极作用。在合理预测未来安徽经济发展对煤炭资源需求的基础上,分析了安徽煤炭可支撑火电装机的容量,进而从电力平衡的角度,提出了满足自身发展需要及外送电力的合理规模。通过充分论证,提出了近期加大电力外送规模、促进地区经济发展,远期参与全国能源资源优化平衡、依托特高压电网承接外来电力的能源发展战略及相关对策。

From the point of view of accelerating economic development of Anhui, based on the coal resource reserves, distribution, production and consumption situation of Anhui, this paper discusses the positive role of accelerating the development of coal-fired power generation on promoting the balanced development of regional economy in Anhui, especially the regional economic development of Northern Anhui. On the basis of reasonably predicting the coal resource requirements of the future economic develop- ment of Anhui, thermal power installed capacity supported by the coal of Anhui is analyzed, then from the point of view of power balance, its reasonable scale is put forward to meet its own development need and export power. Through the full demonstration, energy development strategy and relevant countermeas- ures are put forward which are recently increasing power export scale, promoting regional economic devel- opment, forward participating in the national energy resource optimization balance, relying on the ultra- high voltage grid to undertake external import power.
