宜州旅游发展策略研究——基于IFE和EFE矩阵分析

Study on the Development Strategy of Yizhou Tourism based on Analysis of IFE and EFE Matrix

在对宜州旅游进行SWOT定性分析的基础上,引入IFE和EFE因素评价矩阵,对宜州发展旅游业的优势、劣势和面临的机遇、威胁进行量化分析。结果显示:宜州的区位和市场优势明显、人文旅游资源丰富,但是在进行旅游宣传和规避外部威胁方面还有所欠缺。最后,从加强宣传、整合资源和引进人才等方面提出建议。

On the basis of SWOT analysis, introducing IFE and EFE matrix, the paper has a quantitative analysis about advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Yizhou development of tourism. The resuks show that Yizhou has advantages of location and market; it is rich at culture tourism resources. But it is insufficient in the tourist publicity and avoids external threat still. Lastly, the article puts forward same suggestions from the strenothon nrnhacranda,the integrated resources and the introduce talents.
