高职院校辅导员专业素质调查及分析——以郑州职业技术学院为例

以郑州职业技术学院辅导员工作为例,在全院2009级、2010级两个年级、共计108个班级中随机抽调108名学生进行辅导员学生评价问卷调查,并试图从学生的评价角度,对辅导员在价值和能力两个维度上应具备的素质进行探讨,并结合调查结果及学生访谈,提出对策建议。
