To study anaphoric structure ＂Ni Zhe （Ge） ＋NP＂ from the perspective of discourse, we found it contains many pragmatic functions, as a discourse topic, inductive and contrast and so on. It includes three grammatical cohesion devices such as reference, ellipsis, substitution. It has lexical cohesion device which is lexical repetition.
