On the Connotation’and Forms and Running System of Joint Programm of Higher Education

实行多途径、多形式的联合办学 ,是高等学校适应社会主义市场经济体制 ,增强办学实力和活力的大势所趋。联合办学的形式丰富多样 ,可分为校际合作、与企业合作、与政府合作、与国际合作四个方面。联合办学可采取不同的管理体制 ,如联合办学办公室、董事会。

Join-running school in different ways and forms is now the most current tendency for higher institufions to increase strength and vitality of higher education and adapt to the socialist market economy.The forms intending to approach the joint programm of higher education may be classified into four,namely.join with other higher institutions,join with enterprises,join with governments,join with other countries.Join running school can be run in different system,eg.office of join running school,conselling committee etc.
