The Meanings of Text

如何确定文本的意义 ,是文论史上的一个一直在探讨的问题。持无意义观者认为 ,言不及义 ,语言是思想的糟粕 ,不能反映真理 ;客观主义文论认为 ,在文本中 ,存在着或隐藏着一些固定的意义 ,等待着我们去发掘 ;当代阐释学认为 ,文本的意义不是固定不变的 ,在文本和理解者之间 ,存在着一种对话关系 ,意义就存在于这种不断的对话关系中。人就是在理解的过程中 。

It is a question which has been discussed for a long time in the history of the literature theory that how to identify the meaning of a text. Some people thought that the language could not touch the real meaning of the thoughts of people, so they called it “something futile of the thoughts'; others thought that there were some thing important hid right beneath the content of the text, the very thing we should do was to find them out; meanwhile, the modern interpreting theory thought that the meaning of a text was not solidly, on the contrary, it was changeable. It was said that between the readers and the text, there existed a relation looked like something of “dialog' in which meanings emerged. The discourse could be called understanding. People could broaden his self-identify constantly in the course of the understanding.
