The article “On Education” by Jiang Zemin, showing great foresight, is the guide to the reform and development of China's education facing the 21th century. The paper, based on the study of Jiang Zemin's talk on education and keeping the reality of China's education in sight, proposes some educational concepts for the 21th century.
