红霉素在毛细支气管炎的临床应用策略

摘要 毛细支气管炎是一种婴幼儿较常见的下呼吸道感染性疾病,多见于1~6个月的小婴儿,以喘憋、三凹征和气促为主要临床特点。目前尚无特效治疗。我们在常规治疗基础上加用乳糖酸红霉素(EM)治疗,取得较好疗效,现报告如下。
