嗜血细胞综合征1例并文献复习
摘要
患者，女，35岁，主因反复发热10天于2011年11月12日人院。人院前10天间断发热，最高40℃，伴全身酸痛不适，恶心呕吐，呕吐物为胃内容物。2天前突发右上腹部疼痛，压痛，无反跳痛。病后体质量无变化。查体：体温37．5℃，心率80次／min，呼吸18次／min，血压88／60mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa）。
