This paper analyzes the significance of the management innovation of Shanxi＇ s university libraries, and by using the grey relational grade quantitative analysis method, determines the management innovation competitiveness of Shanxi＇ s university libraries, and reveals the management direction and future development potential of Shanxi＇ s university libraries, and points out that improving the talent quality and team consciousness of university libraries will be an important strategy for leading and promoting university libraries＇ further development.
