结合哈尔滨市图书馆地方文献数字化资源建设的工作实践,对建设地方文献数字化资源的选题原则、实现方法以及值得注意的问题进行了初步的探讨。

This paper probes into the subject selection principles and implementation methods of the construction of digital resources of local documents and some problems needing attention in the construction of digital resources of local documents connecting with the working practice of local documents＇ digitalization construction in Harbin Library.
