提高企业科技进步贡献率的分析与思考

Analysis on and Consideration about How to Improve Enterprise's Contribution Rate of Scientific and Technological Progress

科学分析和认识科技进步在经济增长中的作用具有十分重要的意义。基于Solow余值模型,对企业科技进步贡献率的影响因素和特点进行了深入分析。在此基础上,对进一步提高企业的科技进步贡献率提出了具体建议,指出加强科技人才队伍建设,既有利于提高企业的劳动生产率,又有利于持续提高企业的科技进步贡献率。

A scientific analysis and understanding of the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress has very important significance to the economic growth. Based on the Solow Residual Value Model, this paper analyzes influence factors and characteristics of enterprise＇ s contribution rate of scientific and technological progress. On the basis of these influence factors and characteristics, puts forward some concrete suggestions on further improving enterprise＇s contribution rate of scientific and technological progress, and points out that strengthening the construction of sci-tech talent team is beneficial to the improvement of not only enterprise＇ s labor productivity but also enterprise＇ s contribution rate of scientific and technological progress.
