摘要
论述了水泵机组传统安装方式的优缺点,基于中小型机组滑轨式机座和大型水泵机组的安装要求,设计了改进型机座,分析了机组运行的稳定性,并通过对泉杜二级泵站机组安装实例进行的验算,得出了大型水泵机组滑轨式安装及稳定验算的实践性结论。
This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of traditional installation method of pump units, and based on the installation requirements for sliding-rail-style seat of middle and small units and large pump units, designs an improved seat, analyzes the stability of units' operation, and through the checking calculation for the installation of the units in Quandu Secondary Pump Station, draws the practical conclusion on sliding-rail-style installation and stability checking calculation of large pump units.
