摘要
电子商务的发展 ,改变了传统的企业营销模式 ,为企业提供了全新的流通渠道 ,使企业面临着重要的发展契机。电子商务条件下的企业 ,朝小型化、国际化、虚拟化的方向发展 ,企业组织结构、管理重点将发生根本性的转变 。
E-business refers to an important business carried out on theInternet.Enterprise-owned e-business can be divided into three sections of intranet,internetand the net between enterprises and consumers.The development of e-business haschanged the traditional way of enterprise management and business,creating a brand-new channel and good opportunities for enterprises to develop.Enterpriseswith e-business are developing in minimal,international and fictitious ways.Thestructures of enterprises and the managing focuses are changing fundamentally.And new managing ideas and methods are emerging constantly as well.
