加强大学生法律素质的培养 ,是大学生素质教育的题中之义。法律观的偏差、权利义务的不协调、法律思想与行为的脱节 ,是大学生法律素质缺失的主要表现 ,它是由历史和现实的原因引起的。解决的出路在于优化大学生法律素质培养的社会环境和校园环境 ,加大高校法律教育改革的力度 。

Better training in law awareness in college is a subject pertinent to quality education.Deviations from the legal standpoint,lack of balance between rights and obligations, and divorce of motive from practice are main signs of these defects in college education as a result of his torical and realistic reasons.The remedies for these defects lie in improving the environmenton campus as well as in society—conducive to providing,the students with greater awareness, intensifying the reform in the teaching of law in college,and cutivating legal concepts that are commensurate with contemparary economics and democratic politics.
