摘要
随着机床制造水平的不断提高,机床几何误差占机床加工误差的比例越来越小,热误差所占比例越来越大,为了满足日益增长的高精度加工需求,必须建立数学模型有效补偿数控机床热误差。文章对leader way数控加工中心主轴热关键点进行了分析,建立了多元线性回归模型,对数控加工中心主轴热误差进行了补偿,验证了模型精度与稳健性。
With the continuous development of machine tool manufacturing, geometric error has smaller proportion of the total machining error of machine tool, and thermal error is getting a an in- creasing proportion. In order to meet the growing demand for high precision machining, it is urgent to establish a mathematical model for thermal error compensation of CNC machine tool effectively. This paper analyzes the key points of thermal error of CNC machining center of Leader Way V-450 and es- tablishes a multiple linear regression model for thermal error compensation of the spindle of CNC ma- chining center, to verify the accuracy and robustness of the model.
