摘要
介绍了采用以环氧树脂、过氯乙烯树脂、聚四氟乙烯及颜料等原料制成的主剂,配以聚氨酯预聚物为固化剂的双组分涂料的制备及其性能研究。结果表明,该涂料的涂膜具有优异的耐酸碱性能及耐候性,对金属基体和混凝土基体有较强的附着力,可用于化工大气环境的防腐。且添加纳米聚四氟乙烯对降低涂膜的表面张力有显著的作用。
This paper introduces the preparation and the performance of the two-package coatings, the main compositions of the coatings including epoxy resin, perchloro-ethylene resin, polytetrafluoroethene, pigments and other materials and the curing agent being PU pre-polymer. The results show that the coatings film have excellent resistance to acid and alkali and weather resistance and good adhesion to the metal and the concrete substrates, for the anticorrosion of chemical atmosphere environment. The adding of nano PTFE can significantly reduce the surface tension of the coatings film.
