摘要
在探讨高等教育国际化定义的基础上，分析当前国内外高等教育国际化的形势和对我国高等教育的影响，提出相关对策建议。
This paper deals with the current domestic and global situation in the internationalization of higher education after making some remarks on its definition, finally suggestions are put forward.
