有机-无机杂化膜透气和斥水性能研究

摘要 传统有机涂膜主要是苯丙乳液和纯丙乳液,利用硅树脂对苯丙乳液或纯丙乳液进行改性,可使涂膜获得很好的斥水性和透气性。而用硅氧烷偶联剂改性的硅溶胶,具有类似硅树脂的性能,通过引入用硅氧烷偶联剂改性的硅溶胶,不仅具有硅树脂所具有的效用,同时可以降低成本。测试表明改性硅溶胶和硅树脂的引入对涂膜的透气性和斥水性有了较好的改善。 The traditional organic coatings are mainly of the styrene-acrylic emulsion and pure acrylic emulsion. Modified by silicon resin, the styrene-acrylic emulsion and pure acrylic emulsion can obtain good water rcpellency and gas permeability. If modified by silicone coupling agent, the silica sol has the performance similar to silicon resin, not only having the effect of silicon resin, but also reducing the cost. Test shows that the introduction of modified silica sol and silicon resin can well improve the air permeability and water repellency of coatings.
