摘要
文章介绍了开口式溜槽技术在距离长、坡度相对较缓的斜洞施工中的应用,混凝土运输由传统的泵送╲斗车运输改为溜槽运输。该项技术的成功应用,打破了常规有轨斜洞混凝土运输方式,较好地解决了长距离斜洞内钢衬安装施工和混凝土浇筑交叉施工产生的相互干扰问题,大大地提高长斜洞混凝土的运输能力,保证钢管安装、回填混凝土的浇筑质量,加快施工进度,有较好的推广使用意义和参考价值。
The paper introduces the application of open chute technique to the construction of gentle-long-oblique cave. The traditional pump or tram is substituted for chute to transport concrete. The technique replaces the customary transporta- tion method in oblique cave with rail and solves the mutual interference problem when instMling of steel liner and pouting concrete at the same time in tide cave, improve transportation ability, guarantees the quality of the installation of steel tubes and concrete paining and accelerate the construefion.
