摘要
工会组织作为职工合法权益的代表和维护者,需要企业文化的引领,以保证员工目标和企业目标的统一,保证企业行为和员工行为的统一,保证员工形象和企业形象的统一,从而充分发挥员工的主动性和创造性,为企业的发展提供强大动力。文章介绍了企业文化的概念和工会在企业文化建设中的重要作用,并指出企业工会在推进企业文化建设中应注意的问题。
As the representative and pl^otector of sv, fffs legitimate rights and interests, trade union need the guidance of corporate culture to unify the enterprise and its staff in goal, actions and image and further to give scope to the staff's initiative and creativeness and provide mightiness for the development of the enterprise. The paper introduces the concept of corporate culture and the key role of trade union in the building of corporate culture and points out some problems deserve our attention in the construction.
