半导体激光治疗急性冠周炎的疗效评价

A Clinical Observation of Acute Periconronitis Treatment with Semiconductor Laser

目的评价半导体激光应用于急性冠周炎治疗的临床效果。方法 146例急性冠周炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组76例,对照组70例,治疗组采用常规局部冲洗上药,口服抗生素加半导体激光治疗,对照组采用常规冲洗上药加口服抗生素治疗,以3天为一个疗程。第4天检查疼痛及张口度评级,并对结果进行统计学分析,评价半导体激光的治疗效果。结果治疗组中72例治愈,4例显效,0例有效;对照组中56例治愈,10例显效,4例有效。治疗组的治愈率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论半导体激光治疗急性冠周炎,可以减轻临床症状,增强临床疗效。

Objective To analysis the curative effects of semiconductor laser in treating acute periconronitis.Method Selecting 146 cases of acute periconronitis were divided into two groups.Form the treatment group and the contrast group.The treatment group includes 76 cases, the contrast group includes 70 cases.The treatment group was treated by normal therapy and semiconductor laser, while the contrast group was treated with only normal therapy.Both groups were treated for 3 days.On the 4th day the degree of pain and restriction of mouth opening of the two groups 2 were graded, contrasted and processed by X test.Results In the treatment group, 72 cases recovered, 4 cases got obvious effect, 0 cases got some effect.In the contrast group, 56 cases recovered, 10 cases got obvious effect, 4 cases got some effect.The cure rate was much higher in the treatment than the contrast group （P 〈 0.01 ） .Conc I us i on The semiconductor laser can alleviate the clinical symptoms, and help get better curative effects on acute periconronitis.
