沐舒坦超声雾化吸入联合超短波治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨沐舒坦超声雾化吸入联合超短波治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效观察。方法选用我院120例支气管肺炎住院患儿,随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,加用沐舒坦超声雾化及超短波治疗,两组均以治疗7天为一个疗程,一个疗程后,观察比较两组疗效。结果治疗组无论在退热,止咳,消除肺部啰音的时间及平均住院天数等方面均明显优于对照组,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01),而且治疗组在治愈率、显效率方面均明显优于对照组,两组结果比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论沐舒坦超声雾化吸入联合超短波治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效确切,值得临床推广使用。
