论调整涉外民商事关系的国内实体法的发展

On the Development of National Substantive Law Civil and Commercial Relations with Foreign Civil Subjects

调整涉外民商事关系的实体法规范 ,包括国际统一实体法和国内涉外民商事实体法两类 ,而国内涉外民商事实体法的发展和完善在当代是前所未有的。文章从发展的角度 ,论述涉外民商事国内实体法 。

The standardized substantive law used to adjust the civil and commercial relations concerning the foreign interests consists of two categories. One is the international uniform substantive law, and the other is the domestic civil and commercial substantive law concerning the foreign interests. The latter has improved and developed unprecedentedly. This essay elaborates on the civil and commercial law concerning the foreign interests from the angle of development, especially from the development of Chinas civil and commercial economic law whose position and function are distinctly shown in the adjcestment of the international civil and commercial economic relations.
