论我国资产评估收费制度之改革

On the Reform of the Standard of Charges about Our Countrys Asset Valuation

主要讨论我国在进入世界贸易过程中资产评估收费标准的改革问题。通过比较我国和国际相关法律的差距 ,认为只有早日重建我国资产评估收费制度 ,才能使我国资产评估机构在未来激烈的国际竞争中尽快走向成熟 。

This article mainly discusses the reform of the standard of charges of our countrys asset valuation when China paving for WTO. Comprising the law and regulations between China and International, finding the gap between them, this article suggests that only by rebuilding it earlier could our countrys asset valuation institution gain initiative and become mature in the strong international competition in the future. At last, some suggestions are made on the improvements of the standard of charges about our asset valuation.
