国有企业资产重组有利于从整体上搞好国有经济 ,提高国民经济的质量。但从目前实际情况来看 ,我国国有企业资产重组仍存在“资产交易”的公平性、政府的角色错位、债务、人员安置、资产重组流于形式、资本市场、中介机构不发达和法律环境等方面的问题。分析研究这些问题 ,对国有企业资产重组的顺利进行 。

Asset recombination of state owned enterprises is advantageous to the state owned economy and to the quality improving of domestic economy. But there are now many problems in the asset recombination of Chinese state owned enterprises in real conditions, such as losing ones balance in asset trade, the wrong role and dislocation of governments function, debt treatment, not actual asset recombination, un development capital market, dissatisfactory law environment, etc. It is significant to analyse these problems.
