摘要 本文采用体内研究的方法,把新型生物材料3-羟基丁酸、3-羟基戊酸、3-羟基己酸的共聚物(PHBVHHx)成膜,植入兔子体内,经过一个月后,通过切片观察、DSC检测和TGA检测等方法,研究PHBVHHx的生物相容性和组织降解性。 This study focus on the biocompatibility of the new biomaterial poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerateco-3-hydroxyhexanoate)(PHBVHHx).PHBVHHx was first made into polymer films,and then implanted into the rabbit's body.After one month,the films were took out,and checked by the histological observation,DSC and TGA.
